- Service Desk is the single point of contact for IT related issues.- Logging, Prioritizing, updating and resolving tickets to meet SLA's
- Provide out of hours support to IT
- Purchasing, Installation and support of all IT computers and printers.
- Installation, support and update of all standard IT tested software
- Creating, Managing and updating users and Access groups in Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 7 support.
- Knowledge of windows system management software ( e.g. Microsoft SCCM )
- Good Knowledge of handling service requests and incidents via Ticketing system.
- Creating and Managing users, distribution groups and shared mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange and office 365.
- Maintain all IT assets in the Asset Management system.
- Hardware setup and disassembling.
- Knowledge of Mobile device management system.
