Responsibilities:
• Provide user account setup and configuration to allow users access to the services.
• Create, modify and delete mailbox and group objects.
• Working on Office 376 application issues (mail flow issues, access issues)
• Perform basic troubleshooting with the end user on different technologies.
• Manage Linkage between Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365, network and server proficiency and all required infrastructure components necessary to support the solution.
• Hands on experience on Service Now tool
• Reporting the data to higher management through various operational reports
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Skills:
• Good knowledge on Office 365 (primary Exchange online, Lync online / Skype for Business) and other applications like Delve, Teams, Sway, Yammer, Groups , One Drive
• Hands-on experience on Office 365
• knowledge on Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Share point.
• Troubleshooting various client connectivity.
• Mail flow troubleshooting
• End to End NDR troubleshooting.
• Good Knowledge on DNS
• Understanding on Microsoft cloud Migration.
• knowledge on Mobility devices with respect to messaging and accessing different O365 applications.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of increasingly responsible experience.
• Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with many cross-functional teams around the globe.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Well versed with German Language both written and verbal
