Tasks/Service Description:
Senior Business Analyst with strong analysis and communication skills, needs to work with IT and business stakeholders within and.
- Contact for technical topics for vendor team who is responsible for onboarding applications to central access management tool
- Support vendor team to onboard complex applications, review analysis results, advise on technical solutions
- Perform frequent quality checks of vendor deliverables and onboarding process
- Liaise with vendor, Engineering and Operations team for quality improvement measures
- Consolidate requirements for new features of central access management tool required for application onboarding
- Align with Engineering, vendor, Operations, Transition and business stakeholders for requirements, user acceptance test and roll-out of new features
- Backup of Project manager in case of absence.

Technical Skills:
Multi-year business analysis experience
- Excellent analysis and problem resolving skills
- Structured and methodological work approach.
- Knowledge about IDM processes and infrastructure
- Ideally knowledge about One Identity Manager
- Technical understanding of AD, LDAP and IDM

Non-technical Skills:
- Strong Project Management and Programme Management and Analysis skills
- Self motivated
- Good team player
- Strong communication, bring topics to the points

Additional skills:
-ITIL V3, PMI and CISSP certification would be an added advantage.
