Description:
ServiceNow Developer (on-shore) with demonstrated proficiency Conceptualizing, Developing, and Implementing a Service Catalog. Actively participating in the software development lifecycle of the enterprise wide implementation of ServiceNow. It will be including design, development and implementation of ServiceNow Service Catalog and Catalog Items.
Role Description:
- Drive the delivery effort with focus on the Service Catalog and account for milestone targets according to the project plan
- Take ownership and responsibility for development and implementation activities
- Adhere to ServiceNow development standards
- Ensure consideration of multitenant security concepts and governance
- Analyze and verify design, development and implementation for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards
- Participate in efforts to improve, optimize or revise existing processes or policies
- Analyze and solve problems and incidents
- Support testing, qualification, documentation, training and continuous enhancement
- Support workflow and collaboration between various teams
Working Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development with focus on Service Catalog and Catalog Item Development
- Successful contribution in project cycle in delivering good practice design and development for solutions of enterprise scale
- Hands-on working experience in GxP basing environment and multitenant security concepts
