For our client in the Hannover area we are searching for an experienced Implementation Engineer (m/f).Tasks:
Pre-sales
- Support autonomously sales organization for any delivery/products information about a integrated solution to control a corporation travel programme
- Provide support to build up demo systems, to answer RFPs any ‘delivery’ related questions
Assistance & consulting
- Provide advice/consulting to customers for the implementation of a integrated solution to control a corporation travel programme and activities between this solution and the customer’s ERP with full autonomy and for the most complex cases
- Provide functional support and problem resolution within the implementation project
- Establish and manage the product/solution implementation schedule
- Support activities during the implementation project
- Provide formal project status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management
- Perform final sign-off/ certification prior to implementation in production
Post implementation Consultancy
- Ensure product high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities
- Make sure customers make the most of the products / solutions
- Fully autonomously and for the most complex cases, identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes
- Present complex analysis results in client meetings
- Identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions
Process Improvement
- To build and maintain the methodology and related documentation
- To secure a successful implementation of the solution
- To contribute to the product evolution by bringing the past project experience into the scope of the future development
- Propose & follow-up Internal processes improvement
- Identify & recommend Internal tools/techniques for further process automation
- recommends process, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges
Regionalization and community of practices
- To train the other team members and act as the Corporate eco-system implementation reference for Central and the Regions
- To secure the highest skills continuity overall in the different competency center and regions
- To contribute to make the delivery services a global virtual team
- To gather and raise the potential customer requirements uncovered with the existing systems
Skills:
- Design, create, test and document new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards
- Specify, refine, update and make available a formal approach to implement any IT system, in line with business requirements
- Identifiy the components required, hardware, software and technology platforms that need to be integrated
- Ensures that all technical aspects take account of interoperability, scalability and usability
- Specify and design information systems and their components to meet defined business needs, retaining compatibility with enterprise and solution architectures
- Install additional hardware, software or sub system components into an existing or proposed system
- Comply with established processes and procedures, taking into account the specification, capacity and compatibility of existing and new modules to ensure integrity and interoperability
