Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bankenumfeld in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir Infrastruktur Unterstützung (m/w).Tasks
• Providing Technical Support for the IT infrastructure eg.:
o Logging, providing log files & log file analysis
o Providing information on product-based technical questions
o Defect handling (HPQC)
o HPSM-Handling
o technical tests (e.g. Connection tests)
o technical maintenance
o cleanup of technical mistakes (e.g. performance problems)
• Conduction of deployments (Installation of bought SW, product patches and new versions, SW-acceptance testing)
• WAS & BPM Setup
• Configuration Management ( e.g. MQ configuration)
• Database handling (e.g. SQL queries and adjustments)
• AdHoc analysis / assessment (e.g. Analysis of incidents & problems)
• Operating and monitoring Development-, Test- and Integration infrastructure and Applications
• Potentially Tests with instructions (defect management
• Change Management (HPSM)
• Documentation (e.g. Installation & Deployment Guide, Operational Concept)
Technical Skills
• HPSM & HPQC
• Unix Shell Knowledge
• Experience with logging frameworks (e.g. ELK, Log back, Lock4J, …)
• Confident MS skills
• Cron, UC4
• IBM WebSphere Application Server
• MQ-Series
• Oracle 12.5 (knowledge of SQL queries)
Experience
• Knowledge of banking infrastructure (e.g. Confluence, Jira Tracking) and infrastructure architecture
• Experience in implementation, support and maintenance of applications
• Administration & support experience
• Experience with connectivity (Connect:Direct / MQ)
• Previous experience in working in an agile environment is beneficial
