Job Summary:
- The job consists of testing a list of different CPE's vendor, running on ADSL, ADSL2+ and VDSL2 technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex issues on the asymmetrical lines, good knowledge of XDSL line parameters.
- Very high skills in CPE testing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fulfil successfully the compatibility test for every CPE vendor.
- Establish on the lab networking environment, according with the customer's requirement.
- Experience on the lab environment and laboratory testing tools such as noise generator
- Directing equipment testing, defining, documenting and enforcing service validation;
- Interface with the Customer's organization and testing and validating CPE's on the laboratory.
- Ensure that the different CPE's vendor meets technical requirements and Customer's expectations and are able to deliver the prescribed product validation.
- Configure and troubleshooting issues on the MA5603T Huawei DSLAM equipped with VDMF board.
Experiences & Qualifications:
- University degree or above, Master's Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Access Network technologies: FTTx XDSL are a must.
- Minimum 5 years network operation and CPE testing experience.
- Experiences in complex solution validation on the access network are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/OSI stack, good ability on the troubleshooting and testing on the Layer 1 ISO/OSI stack.
- Strong experience on XDSL circuit testing.
- Familiar with Huawei Access Network products is an advantage
- Analytic mind, problem solving, demonstrated ability in finding multi technical solutions, good interpersonal skills, customer influence capability and coordination competency
- Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English... German, French or Italian, are a plus.

- Complete the CPE list validation successfully according to the defined customer's documentation (test cases).
