Senior Business Analyst for GODP
Overview of Business Area/Project:
Senior business analyst role in a high profile regulatory compliance project. The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain extensive experience of all aspects of derivatives regulatory reporting. Working as part of a highly motivated and growing team of international regulatory professionals.
Regulatory Trade Reporting is a global Credit Suisse PB &WM project that is part of the Global OTC Derivatives Program (GODP). It has the goal to deliver an integrated regulatory trade reporting platform for the PB & WM's global derivatives trading business. The project is based in Zurich, but has global scope.
Key Responsibilities:
.
The role interfaces with functions across the full business value chain: trading, Front Office, Back Office, legal and compliance, risk management and IT
.
You will take responsibility as Lead Trade Reporting BA for topics like, analyze requirements, develop and implement business solutions/architecture
.
You will work in partnership with stakeholders to analyze regulatory requirements, work out gaps to the current state, document business requirements, develop solution options (tactical & strategic) to get approval by all stakeholders
.
Run meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements
.
Coordinate implementation of changes required across all functions incl. change request mgmt.
.
Drive exchange with SMEs and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met.

Working independently under the guidance of a senior project lead
.
Proactively liaise with team leaders and senior management stakeholders
Required Skills/Experience:
Essential:
.
At least 12-15 years professional experience within Capital Markets and/or Private Banking and Wealth Management Industry and/or regulatory environments
.
Track record of working as Lead Business Analyst in banking/finance environment
.
Extensive knowledge in capital markets and/or derivative products and processes
.
Be a self-starter, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership
.
Strong experience in development of effective engagement structures and in negotiating with and influencing stakeholder groups
.
Well-structured working style, reliable and dedicated, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies (conceptually strong and a delivery-oriented problem solver)
.
Result-oriented and able to operate effectively under time pressure
.
Track record in working in a project driven area - preferably in a complex capital markets and/or regulatory driven environment - with multiple interfaces such as IT, Testing
.
Good understanding of current regulatory developments (eg FinfraG, EMIR, etc.)
.
Flexible/good team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
.
Fluent English language knowledge
