Fund Operations Analyst/Manager sought by our client, a tier one investment bank based in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of fund/mandate operations. They will be dealing with senior management on a regular basis.
6 month initial contract, strong chance to be extended or convert into a permanent role
Responsibilities
- To migrate funds or mandates from one platform to another
- Operational setup of funds or mandates in portfolio management system
- Or merge between funds or mandates in portfolio management system
- Also to coordinate with Luxembourg, Swiss or third party custodians
- Liquidate funds or mandates in the system and then coordinate
Requirements
- Good understanding of Asset management products, processes and instruments
- Experience with Portfolio/Fund/Mandate Operations
- Good communication skills
- English fluency is essential
- German fluency is a strong asset
