We are looking for an experienced SAP Administrator (Supply Chain)
Job description
Supporting business with first level support and system problem analyses. Acting as ERP Center of Excellence SPOC for Supply Chain Operations. Support IT projects and ensure effective and efficient business processes through the creation and enhancement of value-adding IT solutions. Ensure best practices in a changing business environment, all processes fully aligned with stakeholders and business partners
- Review of Incidents & Service tickets raised by PhSC Super User
- Facilitate the collaboration between PhSC Super User and COE support
- Help to resolve & consolidate first level issues
- Participate in periodic Service Review Meetings to evaluate quality of service, identify improvements and collaborate on initiatives
- Assist to cascade relevant information to the Super Users
- Regularly monitor and track status and progress toward resolution
- Support implementation and testing for service requests
- Creating User Request Specification
- Guide on appropriate user acceptance tests
What you bring:
Higher education degree in Computer Science or comparable education
IT analyst for SAP SD and MM module (professional experience 5 plus years)
(Configuration, business process knowledge, interfaces esp. between SAP and logistic service providers)
Good cross-functional SAP knowledge (SAP module integration)
Supply Chain process know how (professional experience in global company)
Working experience in validated environment (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, SOX, Computer System Validation)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, team player
Must Criteria: Pharma and Supply Chain experiences
