Service Operations Lead

Length: 6 months
We're seeking an experienced and professional Service Operations Lead to begin a 6 month contract based in Geneva, Switzerland as soon as possible.
The successful applicant should manage 4 tracks of setting up new service operations. This includes L1 and L2 Apps support, L1.5 Infra monitoring and L2 Infra support, and ITSM process definition.
The ideal candidate will be confident in ensuring delivery across all the work streams and experience within Service Now would be ideal.
You must have an EU/UK passport and you must be available to start within 1 week.
