Service/Operations Manager - M&A
M&A IT is offering a full time Operations Manager role for its service area "TSA Services - Program Management and Support" located in Basel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and support the regular meeting schedule and cadence of the M&A IT Team
- Work with the other members of the team to ensure regular update of program documents and meeting minutes
- Be responsible for the regular update of the IT Factbook and M&A IT program metrics
- Manage the action item register for the M&A IT team
- Along with the IGM associates, manage the risk and issue process, including ensuring updates, tracking of new risk and issues and preparation of management summaries.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and management summaries as required
- Support the on-boarding process for outside users
SKILLS:
- Good process management skills
- Track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
- Fluent in English (mandatory), German (a plus )
- Knowledge of IT Project methodologies and best practices
- Experience with IT infrastructure disciplines (WAN, Data Centers, Client Services, Process Management) preferred
- Experience with diversified and complex projects, large scale mergers/acquisitions preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Resolves and/or escalates issues quickly
- Demonstrated ability to recognize, predict and manage project risk
