Main Responsibilities:

GBS-FC-Costing Specialist will manage his/her own scope in the SFIN project and can also contribute to other team member/streams projects in his/her area of expertise:

  • Demonstrate control over his/her project plan
  • Follow best practices for testing, documenting
  • Drive the project from a costing perspective (he/she will be the main player of costing)
  • Share/communicate project status to different stakeholders

GBS-FC-Costing Senior Specialist working on SFIN will be in charge of ensuring the successful testing and migration of the costing solution to a new platform. This implies activities such as:

  • Code remediation (support) based on incidents raised by markets
  • Provide expert assistance to regional offices on incidents or deployments
  • Regularly share knowledge with offshore team & regional offices via formal sessions
  • Coach peers to understand better the solution and build his backup
  • Ensure the solution is compliant to Food and Beverages policies for IS/IT
  • Maintain up to date documentation accessible to markets and globe community
  • Organize, document and execute test of the solution
  • Evaluate, specify, test and deliver changes to the solution working with development supplier

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as Senior Costing Specialist and handling full life cycle
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as Controlling module (SAP-CO)/SAP FICO
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in specifying and designing custom solutions on SAP ERP (ABAP)

  • Cost Centre accounting CO-CCA
  • Overhead Management CO-OM
  • COPA
  • SAP expertise on integration between FI/CO with SD, MM, PP
  • Strong experience in specifying and designing custom solutions on SAP ERP (ABAP)
  • Strong debugging skills

Education/Certifications:

  • Degree in Finance and/or Management Accounting
  • SAP Certification and full life cycle implementation on SAP-CO module (at least 7 years as a FICO consultant)
  • Heavy experience in a similar work environment and similar activities as described above (Multicultural, template based, large scale organization)
  • Fluent in English, French preferred
