Project Officer with Communication and Excel skills wanted for our Zurich based client in the finance sector. We are looking for a well-rounded Project Management Officer who will provide administrative, communication, organization, data processing and reporting support to Program/Project Managers.
Your tasks:
- Setting up and maintaining web pages, shared mailboxes, mail distribution lists, share drives, SharePoint and document repositories for programs/projects
- Supporting Program/Project Managers in project communication and co-ordination
- Aiding Program/Project Managers in production and maintenance of project documentation
- Organizing and taking minutes in project meetings, workshops and reviews
- Supporting Program/Project Managers in creation and maintenance of project plans and for specifically agreed tasks
Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience in similar position (or exposure to administrative tasks/process management)
- Self sufficient character, able to organize and pre- and post-processing of workshops and meetings
- Strong communication skills to contact business stakeholders for data gathering etc.
- Solid MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel skills to analyse and manipulate data
- Languages: Fluent English written and spoken
