For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a PMO Support
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Languages: English and German
The candidate requires proven track record on managing PMO processes within the financial industry
Project involves:
- Act as the SME in relation to the PMO function for the organization
- Identify project sponsors and key stakeholders for providing guidance to support successful delivery of the change portfolio
- Monitor the progress of the change portfolio, working with project teams to understand and track delivery, anticipate risks and ensure effective issue resolution
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of impartial project reviews and health checks to ensure the overall delivery safety of projects
- Ensure actions and requirements arising from project reviews are followed up
- Identify and manage key dependencies
- Implement and improve governance arrangements, ensuring they are fit for purpose
- Identify and communicate transferable lessons and encourage best practice
- Contribute to the production of high quality action-oriented reporting
Candidate has:
- Proven track record of managing PMO processes within the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services
- Experience of working at strategic as well as tactical level delivering Change Management approaches as a PMO in a complex organization
- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
