Project Management Officer with excellent MS Office skills, Fluent German and very good command of English required to join our client's team in Dübendorf, Canton Zürich.
This is a 6 months mission. 80%.
Your mission:
- Support the Project Manager in regards to the various areas linked to 2 defined projects
- Coordinate activities regarding the planning and clarification of open issues, ensure its follow-up and the coordination with the other concerned Company's units
- Organize, participate and lead various meeting
- Management of the projects' administrative part
Your profile:
- 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Fluent German spoken and written and good command of English
- Self-starter mentality/excellent team player skills/ability to work to tight deadlines/Excellent communication skills
