Beschreibung

Lead Business Analyst sought by our client, a major investment bank. This is to take the lead for a large body of regulatory work to improve the processes and operations around the submission of credit risk reports to the regulator. Excellent knowledge of Credit Risk is a requirement for this role and it may suit former Credit Risk managers.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements
  • Document business requirements in Business Requirement Document
  • Perform detailed analysis on business requirements to define detailed business requirements across multiple dimensions such as Data, Processes and Reporting
  • Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Act as point of contact for IT and Change organization in the context of business requirements
  • End to end process analysis and improvement
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc status reporting on business requirements to Program Manager

Required:

  • A proven track record of successfully engaging as a Business Analyst in delivering complex risk projects in large organisations
  • Good understanding of (at least two) the different risk areas: Credit Risk
  • Other risk knowledge is an asset
  • Regulatory reporting experience would be an asset
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of management
  • Excellent stakeholder management incl. senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with commitment to deadlines
  • Reliable, diligent, and motivated team player who can work independently and deliver high quality outcome under pressure
