For our client, a large bank in Zurich Switzerland, we are looking for aSenior Technical Requirements Engineer for a Collateral Management Project (80% - 100%) (3072)
We offer:
• An interesting role in the PB/WM SHS IT Operations department. This department is amongst other things responsible for a collateral management application, which constantly calculates the value of the underlying assets for PB- and IB customers
• Close collaboration with the Business and accountability for managing and communicating business and functional requirements for a key global application (PB Collateral Package Apex)
• Key role in a global, regulatory-driven system implementation for Collateral processing
• Provide business engineering and requirements management for this application
• Gain a detailed understanding of business needs, how they translate into IT delivery, and present regular status updates for the business and a good understanding of the business needs
• Responsibility for this software from a functional and non-functional analysis point of view through the whole application lifecycle
• Accountability to establish and maintain a professional and sustainable stakeholder relationship with IT stakeholders, business partner and sponsors; strong interaction with the relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of troubleshooting measures if application problems arise
• Constant improvement of the application services and performance
• Ensure architecture compliance by collaboration with CCVAL (Collateral Management, Clearing and Valuation) functional and domain architects
You offer:
• Degree in IT Preferred
• More than 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering and ideally Project Management
• Background in Application Development/Engineering (ideally Java based applications)
• Experience with requirements engineering methods and techniques in order to successfully manage requirements for a software intensive system
• Flexibility to work on both agile and waterfall projects with the relevant knowhow in both methodologies
• Functional (working) knowledge in collateral management is a plus
• A good understanding of banking products from an IT perspective
• Very good partnership skills and the ability to manage the stakeholder needs and expectations
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a strong plus
• Basic project management skills (CAPM/PMP) are an advantage
