RF Team Lead
We need RF team leader for the radio network planning and optimization. 1 year contract start from end of July (could be extended according his/her performance), based in Zurich.
He/she should have a experience with:
* 10 years planning and optimization experience,
* 5 years RF Team leader experience,
* 3 years of Huawei equipment experience
* WEU passport
* Germany speaking is preferred.
He/she should carry out the following works, but are not limited to the following:
* Senior knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management
* Customer interface, have the weekly meeting with customer and prepare the document to the customers( meeting slides, issue reports, workshops)
* Prepare the project delivery plan and manage the progress
* Manage the team action list and issue troubleshooting tracker
* Strong Leadership skills and provide technical supports if needed, Good relationship building skills
* Able to provide the high quality document( process, management, deliveries etc.)
* Monitor the KPI, high level network performance management and improvement
