RF Planning and Optimization Team Leader - Switzerland - Contract
1 year contract - Switzerland, Zurich
[RNO/NPO Team Leader Optimisation]
Requirements:
- 10 years planning and optimization experience,
- 5 years RF Team leader experience,
- 3 years of Huawei equipment experience
- Swiss or EU National
- German speaking is preferred.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Senior knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management
- Customer interface, have the weekly meeting with customer and prepare the document to the customers( meeting slides, issue reports, workshops)
- Prepare the project delivery plan and manage the progress
- Manage the team action list and issue troubleshooting tracker
- Strong Leadership skills and provide technical supports if needed, Good relationship building skills
- Able to provide the high quality document( process, management, deliveries etc.)
- Monitor the KPI, high level network performance management and improvement
