I am looking for a test manager with criteria as follows:
Education/Training: MSc Degree (or equivalent); PMP certification; ITIL3 certification.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects across several teams;
- Experience of working in global organizations with virtual teams;
- A good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GxP) would be appreciated.
Technical competencies:

Proven experience of applying testing methodologies;

Good understanding of infrastructure components including Data Center Systems and Services, Client & Desktop technologies and Network and Telecommunications Systems and Services;

Solid IT technical background with experience in running production environments;

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies;

Strong project management and planning skills including experience in successfully leading/managing projects with use of and adherence to structured methodology;

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to work across businesses and functions to meet business needs;

Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure
environment; -
Strong interpersonal skills, is persuasive, encouraging, and motivating:

Very good communicator with the ability to work in a complex multicultural environment;

Fluent in English, French a plus.
