Job Description:

Install & Implement Service Management tools like CA Service Desk
Implementation service catlog and migration/upgradation of CA tool.
Install & Implement Network Server Monitoring tools like CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, CA DB-Insight.
Implement ITIL best practices Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge & CMDB Management processes in tool
Customization of the tool based on customer requirement
Integration of Service Management tools with Network monitoring & Server monitoring tools for auto-ticket creation in case of any critical events.
Periodic project status reporting to consultant and client with documentation.
Handover of projects to client with proper documentation.
