MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manages project information to support project teams, management teams and involve in decision Making
- Support of project setup like project Planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closing.
- Significant involvement in the drafting of the overall (product) concepts and (product) requirements
- Tactical coordination of timelines/budgets for all projects and functions within an area
- Manage execution of cross-functional plans and track of progress of activities
- Proactively identify gaps, look ahead to potential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions
- Risk management incl. critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis
- Single point of control for project data (collect from functions/finance; owns version management and release of changes)
- Preparation of Project Status/Progress Reports
- Set-up of additional meetings for project planning and controlling purposes
- Set-up and adapt relevant PMO processes and structure in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Adapt relevant PM processes, methods and tools in alignment with corresponding stakeholders
- Pro-active and service-oriented way of working and critical thinking
Requirements/Education:
- 7 years minimum work experience in related to Project Management and Support of the project leader and the project team.
- Working experience in data collection and data analysis of the project .
- Strong working experience in MS Office; MS Project is Preferred.
- University Degree is Must and Certification or Training in project management is Preferred.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
