Splunk L3 Support Engineer is wanted by one of the largest financial institutions in Switzerland. On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT team in Zurich on a long term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 technical support for both CH green and secure zones for the new Logging platform. Responsibilities include providing L3 support to other L3 and L2 on the future ELM infrastructure.
- Maintain Splunk infrastructure and configuration.
- Undertake day-to-day operational/user support .
- Execute data/user on-boarding.
- Staff L3 helpdesk for Splunk system related assistance.
- Resource required to provide expert Splunk knowledge/development/engineering skills for the new Splunk logging solution.
- Primary focus engineering of Splunk solution based on business requirements.
- Providing day-to-day engineering, testing, technical documentation and deployment packages for the new Splunk solution.
- Assist in the migration of existing SEGWay to the new Splunk solution.
Requirements:
- Certified Splunk engineer
- At leas 5+ years of similar work experience
- In-depth knowledge of Unix, r-syslog and Splunk.
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus
