For a six month project at our client site, an international insurance company based in Zurich, we are looking for aGerman speaking 1st / 2nd Level Supporter w/ ITIL Knowledge (2886)
In this role you support Business Applications used by client's internal users in more than 50 countries.
Your accountabilities include:
- Registration, monitoring and response to user requests (e.g. Access)
- Incident resolution through Working Instructions (WINS)
- Restoration of degraded services as quickly as possible
- Request fulfillment within agreed times
- Creation and review of support manuals and user guidelines
- Communication with internal users and technical experts
- Representative of Business Application support team
- Ensure support availability during agreed service hours
- Support onboarding of business applications to the Support Team
- Cooperation with teams in Service Operations organization
- Develop and review support processes with focus on client satisfaction
To fulfill these tasks you meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a service or support environment
- ITIL framework and service management knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education in IT or financial industry
- Knowledge in IT Operations, experience in financial industry is an advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver customer centric services
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong computer literacy skills
- High interest in working in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with technical experts as well as business application users
- Fluent in English is a must, fluent or very strong German is a must as well
