For a long term project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for aSharePoint Project Manager for internal Communication Strategy (2675)
In this position you will be in charge to design and help implement a SharePoint governance structure within Private Banking/Wealth Management which will hold target state repositories. With the industrialized design governance, a corresponding reporting and communication framework should be developed and implemented, including integration into Investment and Execution Governance of the division. An excellent understanding of IT Architecture and experience in setting up / designing SharePoint are imperative for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Support management of development and implementation process for current state and the target state repository (combining application landscape and operating models)
Develop documentation standards for target state repository
Design and lead development of SharePoint as central part of target state repository process and as part of communication strategy
Contribute to overall communication strategy for both internal and external parties. This includes the implementation of the communication strategy
Job Qualifications
5 years experience in a Project Management environment
Experience in setting up / designing SharePoint is imperative (not programming)
Banking knowledge with understanding for business processes and products
Portal/Graphic Design Know-How / experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Fluent in English
Abstract thinking, structured approach, communication skills, perseverance*
Experience in IT platform, IT architecture and Enterprise Architecture projects, preferably in IT methodology and governance
Experience in or knowledge of communication strategies is a plus
German is a plus
