HR Project Manager - Payroll, IAM and Benefits Streams. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global project with one of our clients in the financial industry. The main goal is to deliver a new integrated HR platform for the bank.
Your tasks:
- Analysis of the Global Payroll, IAM and Benefits processes: taxonomy, process descriptions and dependencies on different systems in use
- Liaise with the regional SMEs and stakeholders in the all four regions, to define the future setting and processes within the new IT environment
- Drive exchange with SMEs and stakeholders and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
- Manage project administration
- Working independently and partnering with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
Your experience/skills:
- Several years' experience in project management in a HR area
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategy and HR implications
- Technical knowledge and experience of HR tools
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients
- HR operational experience a plus
- Ability to analyse human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities and trends
- Fluent in English, German is a major benefit
