Splunk Support Engineer (integration)

• The CH Secure Zone L3 Splunk Support Engineer will provide engineering and technical support for all green and secure zones for the new Logging platform.
• Responsibilities include providing L3 support to other L3 and L2 on the future ELM infrastructure. The resource is expected to have in-depth knowledge in Unix, r-syslog and Splunk.
• Essentially he/she will be Unix and Splunk L3 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Splunk infrastructure and configuration
• Undertake day-to-day operational/user support
• Execute data/user on-boarding
• Staff L3 helpdesk for Splunk system related assistance
• Provide expert Splunk knowledge/development/engineering skills for the new Splunk logging solution.
• Primary focus engineering of Splunk solution based on business requirements
• Providing day-to-day engineering, testing, technical documentation and deployment packages for the new Splunk solution.
• Assist in the migration of existing SEGWay to the new Splunk solution
• Location is required to support between 4 different timezones (APAC, EMEA, CH, US).

Location justification:
Access/jurisdictional restrictions. New Splunk solution will contain CID/Sensitive data and engineer is required to be in the Swiss network.
