Brine SA is looking to source a HR Project Manager for an initial 1 year contract based in Zurich. The scope of the position is to deliver a new integrated HR platform for the bank where we are implementing a new HR System (SaaS). Within this program the role is positioned in the Benefits, IAM & Payroll team to define the new Swiss Payroll solution and the new processes in Benefits, Payroll and IAM globally, working as part of a highly motivated project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of the Global Payroll, IAM and Benefits processes: taxonomy, process descriptions and dependencies on different systems in use
Liaise with the regional SMEs and stakeholders in the all four regions, to define the future setting and processes within the new IT environment.
Drive exchange with SMEs and stakeholders and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
Manage project administration
Support of the overall project delivery for Benefits, Payroll & IAM to ensure that all requirements are addressed
Working independently and partnering with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions.
Required Skills/Essential:
Several years' experience in project management in a HR area
Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategy and HR implications
Technical knowledge and experience of HR tools.
Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
Fluent English language knowledge
