We are currently looking for a RMO Analyst - Contract (Remedy On Demand) for my client based in Basel, Switzerland.
Technical skills/experience/skills:
Prior experience of enterprise service management toolset requirements analysis preferably Remedy On Demand
Ability to interact with process owners, tool owners and system owners and understand their requirements
Familiarity of Remedy as ITSM toolset
Good knowledge of BMC Remedy Change, Config, Incident, Problem and Knowledge modules
Familiarity with BMC Remedy Asset and Contract management modules
Ability to write requirements specifications and translate the same for design & development team
ITSM/ITIL knowledge as a given, be willing to create/modify process artefacts
Flexible regarding travel
