For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a SAP APO Demand & Supply Planning specialist
to design and construct the solution supporting the business needs from concept to sustain phase as well as establish the processes to reduce the operational costs and to ensure the evolution of the solution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage technical delivery of Supply and Demand Planning solutions (APO DP & SNP)
- Responsible for the technical aspects of the solution
- Deliver assigned specifications, testing and release of changes to current developments and the design and build of new developments
- Responsible to maintain the Knowledge Transfer, testing and overall solution documentation
- Designing migration strategy, validating and testing it with regional deployment teams
- Providing project updates and reporting in the weekly steering meetings
- Support Market Testing
- Ensure compliance and consistency with the template design by validating the requirements using business experience, process knowledge and/or SAP SCM and ERP specific knowledge (FitGAP validation).
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Very good knowledge of SAP-APO SNP/G-ATP, DP &/or PP/DS preferred
- Knowledge of SAP-R/3SD, MM, PP, MRP preferred
- Knowledge of SAP-BW preferred
- Basic ABAP knowledge (debugging) required
- SAP APO experienced in the areas of Demand & Supply Planning with full life cycle in large scale SAP configuration & implementation.
- Good communication skills in English
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2015 in the first instance.
The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Vevey. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
