Senior Project Manager eBanking Security
Begin: ASAP
End: 31.12.2015 (with renewal option; the project runs at least until mid-2016)
Utilization: 80% - 100%
Location: Zurich
Summary
Senior IT Project Manager for future solution of authentication and authorization of transactions within e- Banking without current hardware device (Sentinel).
Project management and coordination of pre-study as well as development and migration phase in case of agreed solution and funding.
Tasks
- Analyzing possible solutions and roadmap together with assigned SMEs (taking into account the results from a security strategy done last year)
- Coordination of risk evaluation and agreement of future planned authentication and authorization processes
- Heading analysis of required security restrictions and solutions (eg fraud protection, payment monitoring, etc.).
- Evaluation of costs and implementation time including impact onto RtB
- Synergy check in case of additional/new device.
- Driving the future solution for E-banking Switzerland.
Required Experiences & Skills (must)
- More than 10 years of relevant work experience in project management within financial industries and/or consulting business
- Market knowledge in eBanking solutions
- Knowledge of state of the art Internet security technologies (in the context of E-banking, ie authentication, authorization)
- Broad IT skills, especially IT architecture in context of web applications
- Fluency in English
- German is not an absolute must but a great advantage
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities (exec and senior level)
- Strong presentation and moderation capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive and independent working manner
- Strong sense of risk mitigation planning
- Swiss or EU National or having a Swiss work permit
Advantageous Experiences & Skills
- Track record of security related projects in context of electronic banking such as authorization and authentication solutions for Internet/web based applications
- IT security market and vendor know-how
- Knowledge of hardware based security mechanisms
- Project management related experience with roll-out of client authentication devices
- Project management certification (PMI or equivalent)
