Project Support/Coordinator - PMO - IT Projects
This is a fantastic long term contract opportunity for an experienced PMO to join a Global Financial Services company. The role will involve project management and coordination activities for projects related to IT technology topics.
Main tasks/activities:
- Project coordination and support
- Developing and managing project specifications and requirements
- Report generation and drafting of documentation
- Involved in vendor selection
- Preparation of communication
Position requirements:
- Proven experience in Project Coordination or PMO roles (3+ years is a MUST)
- Must have experience supporting IT/Technology related projects
- Good understanding of IT projects (timelines, budgets etc)
- Ability to prepare communication and reporting materials for project meetings and steering boards
- Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- English is essential
