Contract Management Specialist/Project Management Officer
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Contract Management Specialist. For this long-term position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Creating SOWs/Amendments by working with Line Managers
- Creation of contract requests
- Support in "Requests for Proposal" (RFP) process for vacancies
- Update of contract records and requests with current live status
- Scanning and processing contract records
- On boarding of new staff
- Obtaining Pre-Employment Screening (PES) documents
- Stakeholder Management
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 5+ years working experience in similar position
- Knowledge or understanding of Contract Management life cycle
- Recruitment background preferred
- Organizational skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Presentation skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in German and English
