We require a HR Administrator for one of our Banking and Investment clients in Zurich. You must be able to speak German and English and be Located in Zurich. You will need to be able to start immediately.
This would suit anyone who is looking for a gateway to a HR role or has already worked in a HR role before.
Job Description: Job Description to be provided Operational support due to FUSION go-live (Benefits Admin workarounds); updating SAP based on manual reports, data analysis/reconciliation between FUSION/SAP
Required skills:
o Strong analytical skills
o HR Know-how (general HR Know-how, Benefits, Leave & Absence, etc.)
o Tool Know-how (HRi, FUSION, SAP)
o Quick perception; Proactive work approach; Accurate working methods.
