Overview of the business area:
Switzerland Program has the goal to deliver the compliance to the TBTF/Resolution requirements by the middle of 2016. The program is based in Zurich. We are looking to fill a specific vacancy in relation to project managing the Market Risk workstream going forward.
Role/Key Responsibilities:
Lead and project manage the overall Market risk workstream for the CRO function interfacing into the central program where required
Manage the end to end delivery of milestones and progress tracking
Manage the scope of work and inform and support business colleagues
Co-ordinate activity across business and IT workstreams
Escalate critical issues and ensure that resource plans are adhered to in order that deliverables are met to plan
Good knowledge of Market Risk and traded products
Key Skills/Experience:
Essential:
Candidate must have an understanding of Market Risk applications
Candidate must have detailed knowledge of Market Risk
Ability to plan, monitor, and control project activities and tasks
Monitor, measure and report on overall milestone progress
Be able to manage and control the overall Risks, Assumptions, Issues and dependencies for the workstream
Several years of Banking/financial services experience
Recent regulatory project experience
Knowledge and experience of financial derivatives and banking products
English
Desired:
Previous CS project experience or relevant regulatory experience.
