Senior RF Optimization Technical Team Leader required in Bern, Switzerland
My client a market leading telecommunications operator based in Bern is looking to recruit a Senior RF Optimization Technical Lead for a long term assignment based in Bern, Switzerland.
Successful candidates will have Nokia, Ericsson, Alcatel Lucent or Huawei RF equipment experience You will have managed a team of between 6-20 RF Optimization Engineers within a high pressure turnkey/roll out programme Applicants will know how to deal with all end to end optimization issues and then also know how to manage the performance of a team of optimization consultants and ability to support the end customer Candidate will be looking to settle in Switzerland for a long term contract which could end up turning into a permanent position. Experience working within the Swiss or German telecoms market would be advantageous but not essential Business language is English but German or French language skills could be advantageous* Due to the high level of applicants only suitable candidates can be contacted.*
