Our global client in Basel is now looking for an IT/Service Desk Project Manager to deliver a comprehensive outsourcing package in the area of Service Desk.

THE ROLE
Deliver a comprehensive package that will cover all needs to delivery on the Client
Care objective to outsource the L1 Service Desk including/or excluding the System
Management/Service Management tool.
Outsourcing of IT L1 frontline Service Desk (Global, Regional, Local)
IT L1 frontline Service Desk setup (Global, Regional, Local)
End User engagement, Operations, Service Desk tool landscape

YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in similar projects
Market intimacy for key Service Desk Outsourcing provider
Knowledge in System Management/Service Management Tools
Automated self-service portal deployments
