Service Desk Analyst is required for a large organisation based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Applicants must have the ability to speak French or German in addition to English and be seeking a new challenge.
Skills in Active Directory, configuration of end users, hardware and software installation and the ability to diagnose and resolve incidents will also be necessary.
