Project Manager - Banking - FATCA/Tax Implementation
Our client is one of Switzerland's most respected banking institutions. As a result of international regulation, they must implement locally the mandatory FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act Reporting requirements.
To support the Reporting Stream Leader in the implementation, they are looking for a Project Manager to assist with the following:
- Analyse, establish and implement multilevel processes
- Support the Programme Manager in leading and guiding local project managers in implementing FATCA, including the control framework, processes, controls, validation- and sign-off process, readiness checks, etc.
- Deal and solve complex issues and risks across the whole bank related with the regulation
- Work together with different areas such as group tax, business, operations, it, etc.
- Establishing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc status reports
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- 5+ years project management experience
- Fluent English and German communication skills
- FATCA knowledge
- Experience in managing and handling intercultural factors
- Analytical skills
- Finance experience
