Quality Manager/Tester
Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a Quality Manager/Tester to join our client's, a Global Bank, team in Zurich.
We Offer:
Test Manager position for TAX CID (CIF Part) and CRD - Client Reference Data in a highly dynamic environment the IT department Technical Services - Testing Services.
The activities include:
Analysis of the project requests, define test strategy and agree on understanding with requester and provider
Define and specify test cases together with project peers
Coordination of Test Engineers and people within team during the test stages
Organize data sourcing incl. necessary process steps, required data quality and timelines
Process & manage delivery & quality assurance through all test stages UT/UIT/ST/SIT and coordinate User acceptance UAT
Provide timely feedback and status of agreed quality, quantity and lead time
You offer:
Experience in challenging Test Teams, 2-3 years as Test Engineer and at least 5 year experience as Test Manager
Comfortable in managing and challenging partner-level external parties and drive to develop meaningful solutions in the best interest of the bank
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills combined with the ability to establish a level of trust with senior managers and navigate across the organization
Strong background and knowhow for regulatory processes like FACTA
Technical skills for Mainframe and PL1, also ALM 12 and HP QC 10
