A global Swiss Bank is looking for two Analysts / Project Managers in the Area of Group Operations.
Tasks
• Coordinate front to back processes across "virtual" team structures.
• Support the repositioning of a number of our existing investment funds.
• Tackle the tasks of the business effectively and efficiently for the benefit of the mutual clients.
• Work closely with the Products Developers, Products Managers, Portfolio Managers and Client Relationship Managers.
• Responsible for defining the operational model and implementation needs both locally and globally.
Requirements
• Financial instrument knowledge (equities, fixed income, ETD, OTC instruments, investment funds).
• Good knowledge of front to back trade processing from order placement to settlement.
• Portfolio Management experience helpful.
• Understanding of basic investment fund (mutual funds) structure and front to back operations from participant order placement to NAV calculation.
• Excellent English, German is also beneficial.
• Project management skills.
• Relevant further education (e.g. FH, AZEK, CIIA, CFA)
