Skype for Business Specialist with profound Voice migration knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years' background in Skype for Business Voice migration support and Migration tools, such as Unimax and SEFAutil
- Competency of deploying, configuring, and supporting Lync 2013 and Skype for Business Enterprise Voice with the ability to support core Skype functionality on desktop and mobile clients
- Professionalism in User Management, full understanding of Voice policy, Dial Plan and Voice routing
- Know-How of analysing and troubleshooting user experience and service quality for Voice features
- Capability to use third party tools for migrating, monitoring and administering Lync and Skype environments for incidents
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Providing technical expertise to migrate users from Legacy Avaya Voice platform
- Performing Second Level incident support for Enterprise Voice with Skype for Business
- Being part of an incident support team with responsibility for triaging and resolving critical issues related to Voice migration
- Coaching and collaborating with team members in accomplishing goals as well as transferring knowledge in areas of expertise
