For our pharma client in Basel we are looking for a Senior Project Assistant to support several members in the leadership team of the Solution Delivery team
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to four Solution Delivery leadership team members based in Basel
- On site and international meeting organization (meeting rooms, catering, hotels, agenda, etc.). Set up Hangout Meetings, Video & Telephone Conferences
- Help organize team events
- Purchase Order creation and maintenance
- Visitor support (badge, lunch checks, hotel & meeting room booking when needed)
- Travel & Expenses
- Calendar management, interaction with internal & external parties, etc.
- Help co-ordinate and support other admin activity supporting the Solution Delivery staff members if required eg general site support and organization; working with/leveraging other admin resources across a support pool
Must Haves:
- A commercial diploma in business administration, or other professional qualification with at least 6 years of similar working experience in an international environment. Basic understanding of the Healthcare and/or IT industry is a plus
- Is passionate about working in a multicultural and dynamic environment such as Informatics. Feels curious about IT and its relationship with Healthcare.
- Has a proactive attitude and is willing to learn new things. Would also be able to work autonomously and prioritize among tasks. Would have strong integrity and discretion. Would have strong organization skills, flexibility, and is an open-minded team player with good interpersonal skills
- Has an excellent command of English and a very good command of German
- Has excellent computing skills (Microsoft office suite, gDocs, gMail, gCal, etc)
Nice to Haves:
Knowledge of tools and systems like Ariba, RADA, etc is a strong plus.
Start date: ASAP, latest 07.01.2019
Duration: 31.12.19 with possible extension
