Windows desktop system Engineer
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Windows desktop System engineer to join one of their clients, a well-known company with a fantastic brand. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are in search of an German/English speaking candidate who is available in short notice.
Main responsibilities:
- You will do administrative Tasks like licensing management, hardware purchasing
- Maintaining and updating the application catalog
- Mobile device support
- 1st (server infrastructure) and 2nd level support (troubleshooting and problem fixing)
- Managing 250 machines by using the SCCM 2012 R2 tool
- Validation and documentation of application
Your profile:
- 4 to 6 years experience as level 2 support of Windows desktop engineer
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft product which includes Windows 7/10, office , printers and mobility
- Knowledge of VMware, Windows server , File server
- Good knowledge with SCCM 2012 R2 and DHCP is a must
- Active Directory and Exchange experience
- Understanding of the ITIL concept and dependency between the GPO and the Workstation environment
- Able to understand security requirement and applies them
- Strong customer oriented and great communication skills to deal with VIP persons
