Non- technical role, working alongside the IT department running an end-to-end implementation of Zendesk ticketing system into a large corporate backed startup in Zurich.
This is a customer facing role that requires someone to research and plan during the initial stages, then test and fully roll-out the system. You will need to be proficient in agent training.
Fluent German or English is essential.
