3rd Level ICT Support - 6 month contract - Zurich
Our client who are a national Telecommunications organization are looking for a Systems Engineer to provide Senior 3rd level support. The individual will be the most senior member of the escalation team.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Higher education or multi-year work experience in large, heterogeneous IT environments
- Secure with Microsoft Windows 10 and the Microsoft System Center Suite
- Scripting skills with PowerShell
- Analytical and conceptual way of working
- Service and customer-oriented
- Responsible and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German and English
