Junior Engineer Exchange/Outlook Support (m/f) 100% - Migration/Administration/German
Role:
For our customer we are looking for a Junior Engineer (m/f) for Exchange/Outlook Support within a migration project.
Area of Responsibility:
- Solving technical problems that arise during Exchange migration
- On-site customer support
- Remote support for foreign locations
- Note: NO on-call service
Required Profile:
- You are a technician/supporter (m/f) with relevant experience in MS Outlook.
- You have experience in migration projects.
- You can perform simple Exchange administration tasks (eg check mailbox authorization yourself after an engineer has instructed you).
- You are solution-oriented, punctual/reliable and a team player.
- You identify yourself as a good communicator.
- You are available immediately.
Languages:
- German: fluent or very good knowledge (written & spoken)
- English: Good knowledge (written only)
