Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
Manage and coordinate the recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service, candidate experience according to minimum standards and agreed KPI
Handle candidate workflow in compliance with our e-recruitment system
Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools and identify preferred recruitment strategies together with the hiring manager
Must Haves
University degree or a higher degree
Successful track record in recruitment in a global environment, desirable in the life sciences industry or executive search company (5 years +)
Experience with recruitment processes and tools, proficiency in applying sourcing and selection methods
English and German (proficient)
