Service Technician
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Service Technician to join one of their clients, a well-known company with a fantastic brand. For this temporary assignment based in Baden, we are in search of an English/German/French-speaking candidate who is available immediately/in short notice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and electronic service to the company robots at various industrial customers.
- Execute Service work according to agreed work flows and in accordance with the company standard processes and safety guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers.
- Take actions to identify new Service business opportunities in close cooperation with customers and other company teams
- Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories for example:
- Installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.
Your profile:
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a service technician
- Fluent in German, English and French
- Mechanic apprenticeship/Auto mechanic
Location: Baden, Switzerland
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months contract
